At Radiant Smile Dental and Implants, All-on-4 is priced per arch: $14,999 with acrylic (PMMA) teeth and $17,999 with zirconia teeth. Both prices include the consultation and 3D CT scan, extractions, implants, oral sedation with nitrous oxide, fixed temporary teeth, the final teeth and follow-up visits. Additional charges may apply for related services some cases require.
Do I leave with teeth on the same day?
Most patients receive fixed temporary teeth the same day or within 24 hours. If an implant does not have enough initial stability, Dr. Nguyen may recommend letting the implants heal first, and you wear a temporary in the meantime. Final teeth follow after the implants have fused with the jawbone, usually a few months later.
What sedation do you use for All-on-4?
We use oral conscious sedation with nitrous oxide, together with local anesthesia, so you are relaxed and the area is numb. Oral sedation with nitrous oxide is included in the price. IV sedation is available as an option at extra cost. Plan for someone to drive you home.
What warranty comes with All-on-4 at Radiant Smile?
Zirconia teeth carry a 5-year warranty and acrylic (PMMA) teeth a 1-year warranty against fractures or breaks caused by material defects or normal function. The implants are warranted for 1 year from delivery. Coverage depends on conditions such as keeping your yearly implant cleanings and exams, wearing a nightguard as directed and avoiding smoking. Who places the implants?
Dr. Ryan Nguyen, DDS, FICOI, plans your case, places the implants and fits the final teeth himself. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Planning starts with a 3D CT scan and digital smile design.
Does insurance cover All-on-4, and can I finance it?
We are out of network with all insurance providers, and our team files claims on your behalf so you can receive any eligible reimbursement. Financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry and Proceed Finance, including 0% APR plans subject to credit approval.
Will I need a bone graft?
Sometimes. It depends on your bone and on the extraction sites, and Dr. Nguyen decides case by case after the 3D scan. Angled implant placement can reduce the need for larger staged grafts, but grafting may still be recommended when it helps create better support.
What does the free consultation include?
A 3D CT scan at no charge, an exam and a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Nguyen to go over your scan, your options and a clear cost estimate before any treatment begins. There is no obligation.

Mild discomfort is expected during recovery. Your dental team will prescribe appropriate medications and provide detailed post-operative care instructions to support a smooth, comfortable healing process.
Immediate loading means a temporary tooth or bridge is attached on the same day (or within a few days) of placing the implant—only if the implant achieves strong initial stability and the bite can be properly balanced. This approach provides faster results and fewer appointments.
Delayed loading means the implant is left to heal for several months before attaching the restoration. This extra time allows the bone and gums to stabilize, creating a strong, predictable foundation. It’s often recommended when bone grafting is needed, bone quality is limited, or implant stability isn’t ideal at placement.
Both techniques can deliver excellent outcomes. Your treatment plan will be customized based on implant stability, bone health, and your individual healing response.
For some patients, snap-in dentures (also known as implant-retained overdentures) can be a suitable treatment option. They’re generally more affordable and can be a good choice for individuals who have oral hygiene challenges or who grind their teeth, since the removable design allows for easier cleaning and maintenance.
However, there are trade-offs. Snap-in dentures don’t offer the same level of stability, bite strength, or natural feel as the All-on-4 full-arch fixed bridge. They can still move slightly while eating or speaking, and typically provide less chewing efficiency and comfort compared to a permanently fixed solution.

Warranty Conditions & Requirements
To keep your warranty valid, you must:
- Attend annual implant cleanings and exams at Radiant Smile (recommended every 6 months).
- Wear a nightguard or occlusal guard as directed to protect your
- Follow all post-operative and hygiene
- Avoid smoking, as it significantly increases the risk of implant
- Avoid care or adjustments from other implant providers without our
- Maintain stable systemic health (uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or long-term steroid use may void coverage).
If breakage is determined to be caused by neglect, misuse, or systemic issues, a replacement arch may be offered at a discounted fee or an alternative treatment plan.
If an Implant Fails:
Implants are titanium anchors placed in the jaw to support your prosthesis. All Implants are warranty 1 year from delivery date. Within the first year: any implant that fails to integrate will be replaced at no additional cost (one time only).
NOTE: all zirconia prothesis will need replacement if your implants fail.
After 1 year implant fail:
- 2–5 years: 50% discount on standard replacement fees
- 6+ years: 25% discount on standard replacement fees

Our All-on-4 treatment is a precise, digitally guided process that combines technology and artistry. Each smile is custom-designed for comfort, esthetics, and long-term function.
2. Digital Smile Planning
Using intraoral scanning, 3D imaging, and digital design software, your treatment is planned with pinpoint accuracy.
3. Surgery Day
Four to six implants are placed strategically to support your new smile. If you are a candidate for immediate loading, a temporary fixed PMMA bridge will be attached the same day or within 24 hours, allowing you to leave with a new set of teeth right away.
However, not all patients qualify for immediate loading. In some cases, we recommend a delayed loading approach, where the implants are left to heal for about four months while you wear a conventional denture. This healing period allows the bone to integrate fully with the implants, ensuring long-term stability and reducing the risk of implant failure.
